Disappointing, extremely noisy. TV had only local channels, no streaming services. No electric blanket.

Nice tidy property central to a lot of shops etc

Excellent location, room was comfortable, and staff made it easy. Only feedback was that the ironing board was weirdly very dirty and there were no plates or cutlery that we could find, just a mug and teaspoon. If you are going to an event at the Chch town hall this is the perfect location, a very short walk.

Everything suited my stay no problems at all

Lovely staff. Very accommodating. Great room. Talented bar staff. Didn't stay for dinner but restaurant was filled with locals for bfast, which tells me food must be great.

Apartment room was tiny with barely room to move around the bed, but quiet and dark for sleeping. Like that it was walking distance to places to eat. Wished coffee had been supplied for both nights we were there and that sugar packets were not old and caked.
