Perak All inclusive Holidays

The room was lovely, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, regular room service with cleaning, my only frustration was nobody on the desk spoke decent English, so the communication was difficult, also you couldn’t order a coffee until 11am which I thought was ridiculous as when I was heading out earlier of a morning it would have been nice to grab a take away coffee, and also they only have full cream milk, which I can’t have, so many people require either soy, almond or skim milk.. also when I enquired at the desk about accessing Netflix and YouTube for my tv in my room, I was advised you only have access link if you have a android mobile, and I have an I phone as alot of people do, I found this rather disappointing.. the area location on the beach was absolutely beautiful..

Good high end hotel in the center of Penang, polite staff, nice pool. In the evening there are not that many people in the pool so very enjoyable

Wonderful stay at the Light Hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and the gym. The staff were very attentive. The location was close to other places to eat - we would recommend Jom Banana Leaf directly opposite the hotel. Exceptional breakfast too! We will definitely return.

The room was spacious and all amenities were well stocked. Mini fridge and complimentary drinks were provided.

Everything was incredible, staff warm and friendly. Room beautiful and clean, comfy bed. Best buffet breakfast and amazing pool.
