Lovely people, from the front desk to housekeeping. Just super kind and helpful. This is a wonderful spot in a perfect location. Close enough to the chaos, but not too close.

Property is clean and workable, but far from what it could be with proper maintenance and some investment in the rooftop pool area. Expedia and online photos of the property make the pool (and entire facility) appear nicer than reality.

Thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful and relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time, and arriving each night to a quiet and comfortable suite was the icing on top....we'll be back! This hotel is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans.
