"Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food ..."
