Nice place to stay on the Upper West side. Note that the rates can vary significantly from day to day depending on the general demand for rooms in the area, and the taxes and various add-on costs can bump up the bill significantly.

Property is clean, staff is friendly and location is ideal. Sits on the south end of SoHo and footstep,literally, from Little Italy. Short walks from Canal, Spring, Grand and Bowery subway stations. L’Industrie Pizza right across the street. Rooftop common area.

This is a nice hotel. When getting 2 beds the rooms are more spacious. Very easy access to everything I wanted to do. We walked a lot but we also took the subway and the bus.

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

Great location in 51st and 7th ave….3 minute walk to Times Square and 10 minute walk to Central Park. Right in the Theater District as well. Kendrick at the main desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very large for NY standards. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable. The only downside to the property was no in room coffee. It was our second stay there, and we would definitely go back. The doorman was also very helpful and pleasant. Lots of helpful tips. Not related to the property…Ubers are very expensive in NY and can randomly charge extra for things like traffic, weather, etc. Our doorman recommended taking taxis instead and it cut our costs easily in half. For example…Uber from LaGuardia was $130….we took a taxi back to LaGuardia for $65…

Great location with friendly and very helpful staff. We had an issue with AC and they resolved it as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to our stay.

Good location, big breakfast buffet that was decent, loved happy hour at the bar. The hall way to the room seemed a little dirty or musty to us and the room was pretty decent but the shower drain seemed clogged as it drained slowly and it was kinda awkward taking a shower because the toilet and shower is surrounded by frosted glass and when your showering everyone in the room gets a shadow show of you showering. I guess that’s ok for couples but if you are there with a family or friends then it is different level. lol but all in all we enjoyed it and we would stay again

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.
