Don’t go to this hotel they stealing peoples money charging over the amount not a good hotel to travel to they’ve charged you for asking questions customer service & VIP service Las Vegas suckes it not what it use to be. Thumbs down for Las Vegas never again

When we got to the room, the tub had urine stains. We had to call front desk to send house keeping to clean the tub. Then the room had a smell of urine. By the window there were stains, I know it’s a pet friendly place so I’m not sure if the person previously had a pet but the smell was unbearable I was able to spray my room spray to cancel out some of the smell. Unfortunately that was the only room and they couldn’t switch me out.
