Beautiful Ryokan like luxury property in the heart of Tokyo! Did not want to leave!

Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.

The property is great and convenient. It is in a quiet area of Tokyo. The staff is very attentive and courteous. We loved it.

I like all the extras that they offer: breakfast in the morning, coffee, tea, cookies, nuts, and miso soup throughout the day, and a make your own drinks bar. The robot reception is responsive and efficient. Our room is cleaned on a daily basis.

I love the robes and slippers, the really cool bedside alarm/ all night music piped into your room meditation thing. Hard to describe! It's wonderful here!

Staff was really nice and welcoming. There were multiple bus stops and metro stops in walking distance. There were a lot of dining options around the area too.
