Stayed here just for 2 night. They upgraded us to suite which was nice. The bed was just a queen and was super hard. The hotel is dated, but clean. For a short stay this place is fine, there's a grocery store around the corner. There was no fridge though, for a suite we thought that was weird.

We had a sea view room at grand Hyatt hotel that was really enjoyable and will reserve next time for sure . Location is great and convenient for shopping and dining

Room was big and clean. There are eateries nearby within a few new malls. However, need to take shuttle bus to the bigger malls or MTR. Shuttle bus only starts at 10am and ends at 8.30pm. MTR is walkable from hotel, about 10 - 15mins.
There is a airport bus just outside the hotel.
