Parking in the evening was an issue, as some parking spots were full due to non-hotel patrons dining at the on-site restaurant. Rooms with glass doors face the parking area, with no privacy, and the car headlights shine directly into some of the rooms. I requested a different room, and the hotel management was able to accommodate my request.

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

Clean room easy to check in

We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.

Highly recommended hotel in Queenstown. Hotel is fairly new and the service is also excellent.

The apartment is amazing! great views. The lounge, kitchen are very roomy and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to town. Unfortunately the beds have a very basic mattress, with a tired mattress topper/protector. It was so uncomfortable that i was at risk of getting a pressure sore on my hip and Im a normal sized 10 woman. For the caliber of appartment and price, the bed quality did not live up to any standard.
