Wish pool hours were longer

I've stayed in a lot of good quality hotels in New York,but this one was a bit different. My stay felt very safe and personable, I had everything I needed, and if I didn't I had the front desk to always guide me through any questions I had. Very clean rooms, and such an amazing surrounding area with lots of options for food

Everything is mediocre. check in is extremely slow. no coffee machine in room. House keeping didn’t refill shampoo had to ask house keeping for refill. Pool is very shallow.

Beautiful hotel. Incredible service. Quiet rooms. Excellent food. Perfect stay when you figure out to always take the North ride share and get to the pool super early. Except for a single grumpy young lady at the cabana lobby who made me feel like I ruined her life for asking for a bandaid, every single person was exceptional. Clientele is also fitting of this spectacular resort. Always felt comfortable, secure and well treated.

Excellent property. Houskeeping in our room could have been better. Something was missing every day. (took soap but didn't leave any, tissues left empty, did not replaced dirty glasses...) Not what I expected from a 5 star operation. Loved the suite anway!

The room was so big and had a really cute bathroom.
