"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. "Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 ..."

"Brilliant stay. Very satisfied with the pools, restaurants, staff, and entertainment. Guests should be aware this property is massive so if not centrally located you have to walk across to the main restaurants and stage. It is also very busy in peak season with thousands of visitors."
