Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex DFW All inclusive Holidays

The staff was great and very helpful. My room had a weird smell and they moved me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms and hotel as whole. They had construction going on on one side of the building and you wouldn’t know if you hadn’t seen the trucks.

The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. We arrived at exactly 4:29 a.m. to catch the 4:30 shuttle, but it had already left. The front-desk attendant was very helpful and quickly arranged for the driver to come back and pick us up. Unfortunately, the driver immediately complained that we “better give him a good tip” because he had to turn around. When he dropped us off at the airport, he said, “Shame on you,” because we did not offer a tip. Tipping should never feel like an obligation, and his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. This is not a complaint about the hotel or the helpful front-desk staff—only about that driver, whose attitude made an otherwise positive experience unpleasant.
