Attention to detail such as toothpaste hair ties, sewing kit in room, chargers in night stands, daily snacks commemorating fall festival, tea cup put out, ice bucket filled. Helpful practical concierge service by Chris. Great craft cocktails specific to lobby and top floor bar. Excellent views of the city. Don’t forget to read about the amenities on the TV menu which has an excellent sound system. Highly recommend.

The hotel is 1hrs to the airport and not 35mins as on the app. Please correct that cos it can make one miss their flight

Great hotel for short term stay, close to public transport. Staff are very helpful, would have been nice if there were free bottles of water like most of the other hotels I’ve stayed in but no deal breaker

We had a great stay here - the location was excellent (a 20 minute walk to the star ferry), easy check in, and the staff were all very helpful. We were here for around 5 days and the room was well looked after. The only downfall for us was that the public areas of the building were extremely hot, and so would the room be had it not been for the air con. However, the air con was very, very noisy, so this was a negative for us.
