Very good all round. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner.

This is a brilliant hotel, located right next to the slopes in Tignes Le Lac. The service is outstanding and I must say the staff goes out of the way to help you and make you well comfortable. A special shout out to Sarah who was incredible throughout as well as the staff in the ski shop who were always on hand to help with the equipment and give insights on the slopes. All in all, would stay here again when we are back in Tignes. PS: Having fresh fruit juices available for breakfast is important and is something which should be an option especially when they are available in the bar later in the day.

I loved the views from the windows and the interior of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. There were constant problems with Wi-Fi. And ialso inconvenient to take a shower. I would rate this hotel only 4 stars.
