"The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. Needs a lot of TLC and very bad communication.
"The A/C was poor and we had a bad sleep because of this; waking up sweating in the night. This was the WORSE. I’ve reached out multiple times for a wheelchair accessible room before we got there; and they didn’t respond or know until I addressed it at the front desk. This is the only place in Israel. ..."
