An amazing stay! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location close to everything. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel in a great location. A little walk to the main tourist attractions but we liked being in the part of district one with the good restaurants and more local vibe. My only issue with the hotel is that there was a musty/mouldy smell in the foyer and our room. Wasn’t in the back part of the hotel where the restaurant and gym are located. Not sure what that was about but everything else was comfortable and lovely. Good breakfast too. Hopefully the smell was a temporary thing while we were there and other travellers won’t be affected by it.

Newer hotel with everything I need. The bathroom is wet due to no separation from the shower, no divider! Over, great value for quick stays! Easy walk for food, massage , Starbucks etc. .Recommended !

The room meets my expectations but staffs are the factors made me want to come back. I truly met old Saigon characters from people at the hotel as well as its neighborhood. Love my short trip while waiting for my flights.

First time check-in to a brand new hotel which just open 5 days on my 1st day checking in. Everything smell and look new new.The staffs are very welcome and accomodate to everything I need. Most of the staffs are very good in English speaking. Breakfast is a lot of varieties selection to accomodate the tourists from different countries as well. If I come back to Saigon next time I will stay in this hotel again.

Room is small with larger heavy furnitures in the way, causing hitting the knee to it, very danger. River view room balcony is a joke, very tiny just enough room to stand up if you need to smoke. Dirty with bird poo. Not worth the money Room is very dirty; luggage rack is so dirty that I would not dare to put my luggage on it. The front desk woman who checked us in was not friendly, not even say hello to us, all she said was 'passport'. The 2 ladies at breakfast were much better than the front desk person. This hotel should swap the front desk to work in the kitchen. The person at check-out was not better. Not sure how Expedia label this hotel as 4-star hotel. It would be equivalent to 2 stars. May be because it is in a not developed small town with low class people. There is nothing worth visiting Chau Doc.
