Fun place to stay with a tropical vibe on a gray winter day. Very convenient to Times Square and the surrounding areas. Loved the different bars, Margaritaville, Land Shark and the Roof Top. Would definitely stay again.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Riu Plaza! The moment we walked in we were greeted by staff . The whole stay was great! The rooms were cleaned everyday, the staff were very polite and attentive. We loved the location, easy access and lots of shops around. We are definitely coming back!

All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.

I loved the room on the 25th floor. It was very large and well designed and the bed was very comfortable. Good security. I liked very much, that the amazing breakfast/brunch came with the room for my reservation. The cafes were overly expensive. I don’t like paying the resort fee when there are no resort activities in the winter.
