Beautifully renovated building in old town. The suite was magnificent. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and very comfortable mattresses and linens. Front desk staff was very helpful, offering suggestions for places to eat, making reservations for us, and just making us feel very welcome to Lisbon. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable a clean rooms. The carpet in the main hallways need to be replaced or at the very least, cleaned.

Clean room, great area full of life and everything is around. can be a bit noisy at weekends nights, there is no elevator in the grand floor, so we should take our luggage to the first floor then we use it from there.

Room was nice, considering a train station backs onto the rooms you can't hear the trains. Lovely views of the port Breakfast needs to be more varied but it's a minor issue

Rooms on the lower level facing the courtyard are very dark. More lighting is needed. Staff was wonderful.
