Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

Staff were amazing. Met with smiles and happy chatter daily. The most comfortable bed in a resort I’ve ever slept in. 4 stars due to a bit of a dodgy shower. Overall amazing. Bula!

The staff is what makes the hotel. Everyone is friendly and cannot do enough for you. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed

From the moment we entered crowne plaza to the moment we left the service was nothing but exceptional from the pool staff, the recreational workers, the kitchen staff and most importantly the amazing room service staff everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay an absolute dream I absolutely recommend this amazing resort mostly for how amazing the staff is the pools were exceptional and so relaxing to swim in the rooms were so clean and tidy the room service staff done an amazing job everyday overall an amazing experience at crowne plaza so much to do with activities for everyday the best being the pool aerobics and the fire lighting everyday it was amazing. Would come back to crowne plaza every single time I’m in fiji no where Else compares to the amazing smiles and welcoming nature of the staff here

Yes, the room was just perfect, and the staff at Beachcomber were very friendly.

Staff were very friendly except for the Indian girl at the front desk. Not very friendly and didn’t smile. Rooms were great, peaceful and clean. Overall I enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Thank you Tanoa International…

Beautiful island. The local staff just amazing genuine people. Island is so close to mainland and the boat/punt which is free & always available. I will be back time & time again
