Vanuatu All inclusive Holidays

Great location. Good amenities. Menu options limited - but breakfast included. The room was very good with everything you need. WiFi could do with a boost.

The staff really truly makes this stay amazing. They are so happy, so helpful, they made the stay great. The ocean views are fantastic and villas large and spacious. It is an experience to stay there. The island is a smaller island off the main island and there are no shopping centres, no TV no intent, nothing to distract you from total immersion into nature. Forest on one side, ocean on the other side, this resort was made for relaxation. We loved using the complimentary kayaks to explore the reef and the reef on the other side of the island was our favourite. Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The chef made a great johlb adjusting dishes for my allergies, I notified the resort in advance about these and they were very helpful. The tuna steaks were amazing, never tasted fish so good.

Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again. We had another four days in Vanuatu and moved rather than sought to extend.

Loved our stay at Waves. Hubby got a surf in. Great snorkelling out back even on low tide. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Highly recommend for self contained place.

This is a great place to stay with a family. It is quiet, safe, and friendly. We loved the pool overlooking the sea and snorkelling/spotting sea creatures in the reef in front of the hotel. We paid a bit extra for a beach view but I think all the rooms would have a nice view as it’s quite small. The provided breakfast at Cafe Vila is excellent. It is close to the Port Vila and a very short and easy bus journey to get there. Pick up for activities is super easy. I highly recommend booking a massage (or two!) at the seafront spot where staff from Volcanic Earth spa can be booked onsite. The view is to die for and easily the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d also recommend packing reef shoes and snorkelling gear if you have them. One thing to be aware of is there is no long ‘sandy’ beach for walking on. I think this is similar to most places in Vanuatu where there is lots of reef, but coming from NZ where I’m used to beach walking it was something I hadn’t planned for/thought of.

We had a great time at this resort. The staff were fantastic and super relazing place.

Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while trying to sleep at night. All mesh on windows had holes so got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Place is not as advertised at all. Pool is a lot smaller than pictured. Owner walks around the place and should be ashamed of himself! Taking people’s money when place is nothing like photos. This place is disgusting and not want you want on a holiday! Would never recommend this place to anyone! We walked out and went to stay at another place plus they refuse a refund of course.
