This is a really well-kept property: compact but spotlessly clean, and every corner looks like it’s just been freshly renovated. The location is unbeatable — it’s right next to the subway station, a big shopping mall, Chinatown, and Clark Quay, all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were polite and super efficient during check-in and check-out. But the absolute highlight was the concierge team: they were so warm and genuinely helpful. They made us feel instantly welcome the second we arrived, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the great stay!

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The carpet was very stained in our room which was quite surprising as it seemed that the hotel was a clean place. The staff were very helpful. It is great that you are able to use the pool and showers if you need to before you can check into your room and after you check out. That was much appreciated.

Great staff and they stored and delivered coconuts for me so I’m happy. Good location too for more local life.

Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti.

There were flies in the breakfast area. F&B staff were helpful and dedicated. Check-in experience was slow, took about 20mins to check in but received a room that has construction view. Was not shown to the lift lobby while other foreign guests were. Not a pleasant stay overall for the bucks spent. Disappointed.
