My experience at this hotel was unfortunately not a good one, mainly because of the attitude of the front desk staff. From the moment I checked in, they were very rude and unwelcoming. The keys to my room didn’t work, and when I went back to the front desk to ask for new ones, they seemed annoyed with me, even though I had just checked in and obviously needed working keys to access my room. I also tried asking for directions, but the staff’s attitude made me feel like I was bothering them. It was very uncomfortable. A little kindness and willingness to help would have made a big difference. I understand that problems can happen during a hotel stay, but guests should still be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, the poor customer service really affected my overall experience.
