"When we arrived we were told they were overbooked. There was no room for us.
They said Expedia booked customers were overbooked. Several hotels in the area were full. we had no where to stay. Expedia owes me a re fund and I will never use Expedia nor this Hotel chain again!"
"There is a very odd smell in the entire building, the first day it smelled like ammonia/cat pee and the second day it smelled more like scented kitty litter. The room itself had a very strong smell also but it was slightly more tolerable. To me, this made the place seem dirty although it looked clean, because why would it smell like that? The AC in our room didn’t work well and when we awoke in the morning the floor was soaked for about three feet all around it and we’re lucky we hadn’t left any...
