There are some improvements, but renovations drag on (they've been going on now for years) and there are still some serious deficiencies.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

The check-in process was extremely poorly organized and managed. There were three staff members working, yet none seemed to have any sense of urgency or communicate effectively. It took over an hour to check in, and the staff member assisting me never explained what was causing the delay or whether there were any issues. At one point, she simply stared at her screen for approximately 45 minutes without communicating with me at all. I stayed in the Canyon Tower, and unfortunately the room was extremely stuffy. Even with the AC set as low as 65°F, the room never felt comfortable, and I had a difficult time sleeping. The bathroom also had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was hair throughout the shower, which was disappointing and made the room feel like it had not been thoroughly prepared for a new guest. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet the standard I expected. Better communication during check-in, more efficient management, and more thorough room cleaning would make a significant difference.

There was no maid service. The tv didn’t work even after the got it to turn on. No amenities. The hotel staff was friendly, but room was managed by another group. I will not stay here again if I return.

The room and the hotel were clean. All the staff from the front desk, servers, bartenders, taxi stand, and bell staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel since it’s a little quieter and less crowded than the main part of the strip and we didn’t regret it. It was super easy to grab a taxi to the strip when we wanted to go and the taxi stand attendant was always so helpful and informative. We had some issues obtaining the food and bev credits at check in, but they were able to fix it quickly. The breakfast options were great and we loved having a small fridge in our room. There are a few more local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, which was great to help mix things up. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent choice in Vegas. Very modern style, lots of options to eat and drink inside the hotel. We loved our stay.

The location is good . The valet parking staff need more customer service training. He was rude.

went for a pool tournament staff was OK. Ran into a few that were kind of abrupt with questions. Food choices were mediocre and very expensive in general. We tried to go to Sid‘s for a 999 basic breakfast special that ran from 7 AM to 9 AM. Got in line at 850 got taken to a table that hadn’t been wiped down Or prepared at 8:55 so we were standing there waiting for them to do that and then had to wait five minutes for a waitress to come over and take our order and we’re told it was 903 and they couldn’t put in the order for the special, so we wound up paying 2399 for the same meal as the special except coffee wasn’t even included in that one 🙄 so that was a little frustrating. The room was adequate. I wish they offered some non-smoking tables at the casino. if you can get the $50 meal credit pre-purchase that helped take some of the sting off the $18 bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich sandwiches from the to go coffee shop. If I’m back out there again, I would probably look for another option.
