The staff who worked the pools and pool bars were super helpful and gave good customer service. Drinks are spendy, however Jell-O shots were reasonable. The slide and shark tank were closed for maintenance / repairs The staff on the floor were not friendliest, when seeking help or easy to locate 1. At check in if you are not part of their VIP group there is not staff to check you or out, it’s at a self service kiosk , if you need assistance like I did because my reservation wouldn’t come up -you have to wait for someone from the VIP desk to be available. 2. When I sat a bar on the casino floor it felt like I was inconveniencing them when I ordered a drink. Food: The only place to eat were the chick filet , star bucks , the casino restaurant ( staff there were super nice and the $30 steak and eggs were good) and the sports bar, we could order limited items while at the pools when they were open- Get what you pay for: The rooms were a good deal but if you don’t want to pay for upgrades there is no refrigerator, microwave ways in the room. We ended up using a trash can for ice. We pay a resort fee but were charged $13 each time the maid’s services the room. So the deals are good but don’t expect much , unless your willing to pay more. The guest were super friendly and we met a ton of new people.

The room we stayed in was very clean 👌 we have stayed there a couple of times and we like it since its close to las vegas Blvd.

Our suite was comfortable and had a nice look. We had easy access to amenities to make our stay quite enjoyable. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed for four nights for my husband’s birthday. Check in was slow and we had booked one King and two Queen beds with strip connecting rooms but was told room wasn’t ready even at 2 pm. They gave us rooms with the stadium view. I had emailer previously to specifically request this and to ask them to help make my husband’s birthday a little special maybe with a bottle of champagne or care kit but non-existent. Cleaning staff is super friendly and great service. Hotel is nice and clean. The wave pool had freezing water and the lazy river had comfortable water temp but is very small and packed with kids swimming rather than enjoying the “lazy” and floating on tubes. Wasn’t very peaceful. My husband lost his iPhone at one of the slot machines and security people didn’t give a damn. They filed a report but would not review their security cameras immediately to help track the thief before they left the hotel. At that rate, there was no hope to locate. The dishonest thief turned the phone immediately so we were unable to use Find My. We also checked out MGM resort’s pool but the pools were mainly for lounging and their lazy river closed at 5 pm which is very dumb for summer hours IMO. Their gym is ridiculously sad and small. For the amount of money they’re charging guests for resorts fees you would think they offer a better gym. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again in the future it was pretty underwhelming.

The Cosmopolitan is a beautiful hotel with many different amenities and activities, along with very helpful staff. It has a beautiful and clean interior with many different food/drink options, along with a large casino. The rooms are clean and well kept and the views are out of this world. All in all 10/10 experience and you definitely get what you what you pay for! Will definitely be coming back in the future :)

The guest service was horrendous and concierge never returned our call for pool reservations and dinner reservations . Room air conditioning was not working very well either. Rudy at front desk was excellent.
