I added my niece to my reservation for my birthday after booking and was unaware of the guess fee. I called the hotel staff in advance to advise them that she would be accommodating me. If I would have added her to my Expedia reservations, there would not be a fee. The room sleeps 4 and there was only 2 of us. I had to pay an additional 200AED for my niece.

Very comfortable beds and our room was lovely, we chose half board - the restaurants were good but the limited menu means it gets repetitive and boring. Lunch and dinner were far more enjoyable - least enjoyed Manava - the breakfast and offering overall leaves alot to be desired. I personally do not rate the breakfast offering as five star - it looks and tastes like it’s made en masse. Breakfast was the real draw back of our experience. We did not receive any additional benefits as Expedia VIPs. The staff and service was excellent across the board.

I booked through Expedia and have sent 2 message before I arrive and 1 message after I left as I have lost something in the room , but no reply at all , I don’t know it is the hotel or Expedia , who’s fault . Both need an improve ! Regards
