We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Planet Hollywood. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We arrived early and representative REN was able to get us checked in and guided us through all the amenities. Our room had an outstanding view of the Bellagio fountains. I appreciated the location as it was within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Only minor issue was there were not enough pool lounge chairs for all the guests, and second pool was not open.
