Convenient, clean, good service

No where on this property listing does it mention they charge a security deposit if $150 a night. I was not prepared to pay that upon arrival. I also had to request the furniture that went on the balcony. Another time i needed toilet paper and they didn’t have any at the front desk so the lady said she would bring it. I fell asleep waiting and she didn’t knock or leave it outside the door because of the do not disturb sign. I had to go back down at 4am to get it. The staff overall seemed incompetent except for I believe his name was Jacob.

Exterior looks great, entrance staff is not friendly, inside is looks good but need a care more about furniture

I recently stayed at City24 in San Diego and had a great overall experience. The biggest highlight is the central location. It's close to San Diego International Airport and the cruise port, which may be good or bad, depending on why you are in San Diego. It is convenient but it's also busy and noisy. The accommodations themselves are spacious and modern, offering plenty of room to relax.. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The building is right next to the freeway, so expect some city noise. I sleep like a brick, so I didn't care. Despite the busyness, it is convenient, and close to the best parts of San Diego. I enjoyed getting coffee and pastries every morning right up the street near Balboa Park. City24 is definitely worth checking out.

It's alright. Not bad but not spectacular neither.

Perfect from checking in to staying & checking out!

Room fridge didn't work. Super noisy balcony door, when room above opened or closed it, it sounded like heavy machinery ruining on top of your room. Funy smell on the 11th tower floor

The roof top bar was cool. The room was very nice and clean. Great stay for a padres game. It was a good room. The street entrance by Valet was kinda dirty for some reason but the hotel was very clean and nice on the inside. Parking is over priced.

Great safe and quiet location. Perfect place if going to the Rose Bowl.
