The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Overall good experience. The hotel is right next to the tram station, hence good mobility. Low rating on cleanliness because our room was not properly cleaned despite on time check in (we were hanging around in the lobby as the flight arrived early). The hotel has all aminities except for a microwave in common area to warm food, especially for kids or take out from restaurants.

"Stayed one night here while traveling from Zurich to SFO. The room was nice and clean, size felt small but ok as we were able to keep two big checkin size and two carry on suitcases.
