I was upgraded to an Opera view room which was really very nice. Clean and smart hotel, really enjoyed having use of the complimentary spa facilities each day. Staff were all incredibly helpful.

The place is great, the staff not so much. If you do an early check inn, people at the reception look very friendly. However for late ones 6-7pm not so much, but I think that is more al in all Europe.
Anyway, the location is great as well as the facilities.
