"We went on a family vacation and decided on this hotel because of the waterpark for the kid, which he loved and we adults also enjoyed. Food wise: Buffet was nice, service was so so and I’m guessing it was because the hotel just open when we went, but no bad treatment. Francisco in the breakfast area was very good at doing our eggs every day. The Japanese restaurant was delicious, a shout out to our chef, which we don’t remember his name but he said his last name was Chan like Jackie Chan....
