We were a family of 3. Originally booked 2 x double bed room, on arrival we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom double bed and bunk bed room, which our son was happy with. The room needed updating and refreshed. Two lights out in the bathroom, which made it very dull, as there is no window for natural light. It was a very busy hotel, we tried to access pool, having to put our name on the waiting list, which didnt work for us. Location was fantastic for walks and attractions. Our son (12) found it boring at night as the kids entertainment closed at 6pm, ie Adventure golf & arcade. Overall our stay was good with having lots to see around the area, however the hotel itself really needs more going on at night.

Everything is ok except the rooms which are now out dated, without aircon or ventilation. Activities are good and surroundings are amazing. But the resort and rooms need a major refurbishment.

This is our second time staying because the first time wowed us. This time was average. The basics in the room weren’t as well stocked as before. No body wash. No wash cloths. The coffee and tea set up were basic. On our previous visit we were greeted with treats and wine in our room upon arrival, but not this time. We also previously had an assortment of biscuits to go with coffee and tea that were replenished daily, but not this time. Our trip was disrupted and we needed an extra nights stay, so they did get us booked another night. The view of Elizabeth tower from our room was dreamy both times. Not sure if we would stay again.
