Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout. No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests.

I had a wonderful vacation in the Resort, and my overall experience was excellent. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mauritius. I would like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping supervisor for his outstanding service. Late at night, around 12:00 a.m., when some food was accidentally spilled on the deck, he personally came to assist. He brought a mop and cleaned the area himself with great care and professionalism. This level of dedication, especially at such a late hour, truly reflects the high standards and genuine hospitality of the resort staff. Moments like this made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the team, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable vacation in Mauritius.

I was in Mauritius for work and booked this hotel an hour before I checked in without really researching it at all. It was superb. I stayed for 2 nights all-inc. The staff were lovely - polite but also fun to talk to. I had an amazing massage in the spa (by Cedric). I took a hobbie cat out and spent a morning zipping up and down the bay (though got told off for staying out too long!!!). Meals were decent for the price, though two nights didn’t qualify me for the a la carte restaurants, the buffet was fine. I really liked the bar and the huge selection of cocktails. The room was spot on. It had a fan so you don’t always have to use the air con, the tuck shop concept was great (you go to the counter and they just give you what you want with soft drinks, beers, tea, ground coffee, milk etc). There are a few feline staff members and one liked to snooze on my balcony - never tried to come in the room though. Excellent wifi throughout the resort, even on the beach. If you stay after check out time you can book showers.

This is a beautiful place to stay, I enjoyed the resort so much, it was magical. In my opinion, the best location in the area. The staff are amazing, kind and attentive. My only reservation is that the bathrooms, particularly the showers and toilets could be a lot cleaner. I had to point out the state of the toilet discolouration and the mould in the shower. The response was amazing and every attempt was made to rectify the situation. I believe an upgrade to the tiling in the showers would be beneficial and a more frequent deep clean of the toilets, is a must. The sauna and steam room facilities were great, however, the jacuzzi was dirty and greasy. This should be cleaned more frequently, i.e. in between each session, as we were unable to use it knowing that we would be sitting in other peoples dead cells and grime! The food was truly amazing and the restaurant staff in the Tamarind restaurant, were particularly outstanding. Wine was very expensive but great quality and the sommelier was a true asset. The boat house facilities were great too, however, the staff should be more attentive and inform/direct people in a more committed way. I felt that we were not informed adequately enough about procedures in respect to when and which boat to board. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely return, however, I do think some upgrade to the bathrooms is required, plus cleaning procedures should be stepped up in these areas. I would have loved to have give 5 stars

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful resort with our extended family. Had a great time! The rooms are spacious and the hotel location is great. The food at all restaurants was really delicious. The only negative aspect is the service at the main patio restaurant and at the pool. Had to wait a lot and always had mistakes in our food/drinks orders. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.
