Everything was terrible. Do not book this hotel, it will waste your money.

Sheung Wan is a marvelous place to visit and this hotel is very well placed for that. Lots of great restaurants of all kinds nearby and easy transport options available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our room was fantastic, the only reason staff didnt receive an excellent was for check-in. When we received our room key there was no help in where to go to find our room, what level or where the lifts were. Great NZ coffee right next door, at beginning of mall. Breakfast option was pretty good

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Cleaning ladies went above and beyond to organize our belongings. The staff was willing to give us an upgrade in room size after arrival when a room opened up; we were supposed to make the request before arrival.
