Pretty good place close to pretty much all the cool attractions

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Quite place with good rooms and a balcony

Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that.

Great location. Right next door to the theatre, 5 minute walk from Central station, >15 minute walk from TikTok Entertainment Centre and Chinatown restaurants. Hotel itself nice for the price. Clean, comfortable bed.

Very stylish and unique hotel. The design and layout is interesting. Our room was smaller and compact with everything we needed.

Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas.

Everything was good except the restaurant.
