The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend

The staff was really great. We did the check-in with Costanza, who was very nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We felt very comfortable immediately. The room was clean, a bit small and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with many different choices for everyone.
We really enjoyed our stay and will stay at this hotel again and really everyone in the staff really enjoyed great including this lady in the office behind the reception, probably the manager of the hotel, was really nice and making sure the guest was very pleased. Great job River Hotel. I recommend this great establishment close to every place in Firenze.
