Problems when checked in at 3am even though had booked from the night prior, which meant room wasn’t cleaned the next day, we weren’t on list for breakfast etc. Lovely hotel although not much around so basically at resort . Beautiful pool area and nice food. Very convenient to airport.

Despite a few changes with our room, our stay at Taumeasina was nothing short of amazing and that was all thanks to the staff. Their genuine smiles, warm welcomes, and consistent kindness truly made all the difference. Not once did we feel like a burden, even with the room adjustments. Every single staff member we came across carried themselves with such grace, patience, and professionalism. It wasn’t just great service, it felt like family. Fa’afetai tele lava for making our stay so special.

The beach is beautiful and great for snorkelling and the pool and swim up bar is great but the swim up bar closes too early (4pm). The lighting in the rooms is quite dim and aircon can only be used when in the room (key inserted) which means you’re at square one with creating a cool environment every time you return to your accommodation. Food is okay. I feel like this place is on a journey but definitely in the right direction.

we had booked for 2 nights but Air nz cancelled our flights at the last minute so we missed staying for these 2 nights. Tanoa kindly let us transfer the booking to friends in Apia as the booking was non refundable. They said they had a nice stay but I dont know the exact details

This hotel has a wonderful and convenient location, which is the center of Apia where every shops, restaurants and attractions are merely a walking distance. Love it there and also plans to stay there if I go back again! Thank you Tauese for the hospitality and the memories!
