"Very Poor Service.lots of improvement needed in service aspect.Front desk staff needs more training.Please keep hallway lights on.Do not save energy bill at the cost of comfort.It is dark .I mentioned it to your staff and a manager both.still it wasn't taken care of.when guest asks you to tidy up ..."

"Bad experience. Very cold reception. Dirty room. Torn towels. Disgusting looking menus in an empty restaurant. Oh I am lying here - there were a few flies there. Obviously we did not eat there."
