Great stay overall.Good communication provided for check in instructions and after-hours management. My room was very clean and provided everything I needed for my short stay. The owners had kindly left a light on in my room and turned the heat pump on for my late arrival which was greatly appreciated. Also received a free upgrade! I will defiantly stay here again if I'm visiting the area.

Arrived at 3am with tired kids but check-in was easy and friendly. Room was ok, clean and bed was comfortable. It was very difficult to move around in the room with the pull-out sofa bed extended.
Quite a rabbit warren to find the room with no lift access to our floor. Made us a bit nervous about fire safety.
No air conditioning and heaters were off so the room was very cold on arrival which was a shame as it was a very cold night in mid winter.

Room was more spacious than the photos, we booked a room with 2 queen/double beds. Everything about the room was great, well designed, spacious for two people adn super comfortable. I slept very well. We attended a event at the new convention centre taht it is connected to and it was raining outside luckily we could just walk less than a minute through the sky bridge. Perfect location for us

I always love staying here. It’s by far the best Auckland hotel if you want value for money and nice, thoughtful touches.
We love that there are 2 beds in the standard rooms, along with a fridge, hairdryer and other nice things.
This stay was the best yet as there was a lovely garden area outside with a nice rose bush and a table and 2 chairs.
The Naumi staff are always outstanding and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Thank you Naumi!
