Staff was pleasant and eager to help, from helping to get our bags into the building, giving a map to find low cost luggage, changing our room to one where we could use the elevator ( no elevator for first floor rooms) to calling a cab for the airport. Thanks

Staff was very helpful. They did let us do early morning check-in as our arrival flight reached in the morning. Room was decent size and clean. Good hotel, close proximity and at the center of CBD. Breakfast was also pretty good. Enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room and super friendly & helpful staff. The shuttle was available and the driver especially professional.

This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM!
