Pros : Clean hotel and spacious rooms. Amazing food at Carversteak, Wally's and Brezza (restaurants on site). Cons : Very limited seating around the pool (without extra charge) and not enough umbrellas. Pool service very slow and food options at the pool are limited (tacos and burritos). The resort could use some more modern touches (blinds and curtains cannot be opened automatically, no light switch next to the bed, no vent in bathroom, no electronic dnd switch, etc.) and more healthy food options.

Front desk staff always had trouble with their computer system. Not very friendly staff as they didn’t seem interested in interacting with me when i was enquiring about the property. The elevators make a lot of noise if your room is situated next to it. It sounds like a roller coaster

Property is a bit outdated but yet still expensive. Showers was nice but furniture needs replacement along with a little painting would definitely help. (Some TLC)
The price of the hotel and food was not deserving to be that outdated.
Was unable to open balcony doors and restaurant on the 17th floor was booked for a party but nothing notified of this, found out when we got there.
