Dalmatian Mainland Adults Only Holidays

I went with a friend. I had reserved 2 beds. The room only had one. I was told that beds aren’t guaranteed. No refund, no apology, no anything. I ended up sleeping in a chair. I was very unhappy.

Staff was awesome and helpful

Good area and price; liked the self serve flavored water station and the heater in the bathroom; elevator slow so just took stairs each time

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. What a fabulous stay!! The staff went over and above to get me an early check in and made sure all aspects were flawless. Thank you 1!!
