Excellent breakfast, very convenient location close to all famous places. Will stay there again next time I’m in London.

This is a great place as a tourist because of the location. You are near everything and there is so much to do which is amazing! However I would not rate it 5 star because the rooms themselves. We stayed at the basic rooms but for a 5 star I would’ve like more. Beside that the room did its job and having it be close to everything is a great reason to book this place.

Decent student accommodation

The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good, but the property is very dated. The bathroom was awkward because the tub walls were very high. The hallways and rooms are furnished in dark, depressing colors. The AC unit was located directly above our bed and began to leak condensation on our final day.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Most of those we were searching for in the area seemed small. This has a King bed and enough room to open all of our post cruise luggage. The staff were very helpful with logistics and helping us secure a taxi for our departure. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever been to for a hotel included breakfast. Wow!

An historic building in a great location, to be sure. But if I have to be honest, it was my worst sleep in 2 weeks of travel. The A/C was ineffective and recurring sounds of police or other emergency vehicles through the night ruined what could have been a very nice stay. We may have been upgraded to a larger room but the bathroom was minuscule and could accommodate one person only. Breakfast was fine but pricey. Would not stay here again.
