We stayed at Hotel Estherea for a week in March and was so impressed! Such a cute hotel, with spacious rooms and lovely staff. It is centrally located within walking distance to everything you will have on your bucket list while visiting Amsterdam. Will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Everything is quite simply ideal for the leisure traveler. You couldn’t ask for a better location, in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods without feeling crowded or touristy. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. If you plan to do a canal tour, definitely plan to do this through the hotel’s boat, The Tourist, which boasts a historical link to Winston Churchill. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences as well.

The stay was overall lovely. Beautiful location. The staff were very kind and helpful. I only had a few issues. The hot tub was not hot at all and a bit dirty. I did love the pool Room service came around 9 a.m. to ask if I was ready to leave (check out is at 11), which made me feel rushed. The hotel is closer to the train station than Google Maps says. Go out the front of the station and stay on the same side (do not cross the bridge). It should only be a 6 ish minute walk once you see a pancake restaurant. The wine selection was wonderful.
