Great location and the bar/restaurant on the 6th floor had a great layout and outdoor area. No parking at the hotel, but they have an agreement with a local parking station for a reasonable rate for persons staying at the hotel. Only issue for us was the size of the bed.

The Margaritaville staff at New York Times Square was exceptional, and the best experience I've ever had! The front desk, housekeepers, servers and host were absolutely amazing. They did such a wonderful job decorating the room for my son's birthday too. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Very good location, staff helpful and very kind, the terrace that provides food and drinks is a very nice touch and the view is amazing. Rooms are a bit old but offers a lot of space.

Staff was unhelpful and aloof at the front desk. Called down a few times to ask about breakfast time or options for dinner. Each time the call to the front desk was answered with annoyance or staff saying "yeah I don't know...." it was the wildest and most unprofessional stay I have had in all my adult years. Restaurant was understaffed. After ordering my food, never saw my waiter again and busser was VERY helpful and got my refills and then had to cash me out. Unprofessional. Would not recommend-
