Isla Anapia Adults Only Holidays

This was my third time staying at the hotel. The service was outstanding, a huge thank you to Anastasiia, Salavador and Morgane for making me feel at home. Looking forward to my return in a few weeks.

Great staff, clean rooms and great location!

After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The atmosphere feels exclusive and private while still being warm and welcoming. The service is exceptional. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious. Best location in Brickell with good amenities and friendly staff

Well located, on beach but no parking other than valet. Taxi ride into south beach itself. Friends who visited me had a problem parking and had to pay the high parking fees Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle. No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing

Nice staff, room has everything it needs. there was blood stains on the lamp shade. also all the doors on the closet in front of the fridge could use WD40 it's so loud. Valet is also a bit overpriced

Excellent position. Lovely outside dining space. Great little pool and lovely furniture outside. Room had everything I needed, would recommend a view of the marina with a balcony.

Stayed in the Cabana Room for 5 nights, was a nice room for 2 people. However, received a text during our stay that the Historic Lobby of the hotel would be closed for two days due to a filming event, so we never really got to see the hotel outside of our room and explore what it had to offer (historic lobby, spare room, etc.). On our last day the lobby was open so we walked in and got told by security they were “watching us on the cameras wander around”, questioning if we were guests and that we needed to leave. Rude tone/comment to make considering he would have seen us on the cameras come from our hotel room. When we explained we were staying at the hotel and wanted to see inside he told us we couldn’t be there because of ANOTHER event being held in the room next door, that was never made aware to guests. Also found dried up eye contacts in the bathroom, and hair in my chicken tacos when we got lunch. For the amount of money you spend and amenities unavailable, staff could be nicer.

Super cute and great location. Waiting staff was great and front was nice but a little lack of communication. Our room air wasn’t working really well so they switched our room and comp our breakfast the rest of the stay.
