"We had a great time at this hotel. Gemma the Guest Experience Manager was particularly helpful in making our stay extra magical. The food was really nice, good facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony!"

"The location of this hotel is decent and some of the staff are lovely particularly the receptionist and the bar man at night. However the atmosphere is horrible.
