Las Vegas Adults Only Holidays

Room is huge and beautiful but you can tell bed and pillows are old that it will make your body ache the next morning.

We loved the hotel location, with Eataly out front, it was easy to dine, grab a beverage, etc. What we didn't like was that it took us more than five hours and three attempts to get an "acceptable" room. They were supposed to text us when a room was ready, but did not do so. The first room viewed the freeway, was dark red and boiling hot (air was on), facing the sun and would have required us to close the shades (on a somewhat dirty window) all day long. Not what you want to do when you're from MI. The second room was HORRIFIC! At the desk they called it "strip view." It was 100% ROOF VIEW. You could barely see the strip, but could see vents, ladders, huge mechanical equipment; NOT the strip. This room was in the bowels of the building and was also that awful red/orange color which we found literally disturbing. We went to the desk for a third time and were finally given a room on the 9th floor (that was NOT RED) and had a much nicer view out the side. The water pressure was very low in the shower and there are no mini-fridges in the room, but they will bring one if you ask. They also promised us a $50.00 credit for our inconvenience when we checked in, but we never got the same on our bill. Overall, people working there were very nice. The casino is smoke free and clean and the hotel, again, is in a convenient place with a Target across the street (with NORMAL pricing on goods like beverages, toiletries you forgot, etc.). We will definitely stay there again.

The shower head did not let water out enough
