What will happen to my Lastminute.co.nz current booking?

You will still be able to modify or cancel your reservations (subject to the terms of your booking) and access your Lastminute.co.nz/tripsOpens in a new window account and Trips page after 2nd June 2026. To cancel an upcoming reservation (where the terms of your booking permit cancellation), visit the self-service option through your Trips page or speak with our virtual assistant. To modify an upcoming reservation (where the terms of your booking permit modification) you can reach out to our Customer Service team on support@customerservice.lastminute.co.nz. Once all trips have been completed and serviced, we will shut down access to your Lastminute.co.nz account and you will no longer be able to access your booking history or the Lastminute.co.nz website and app.
