"We booked the biggest room they had a king suite with sitting room with couch about 725 sqft , room was very nice but ac unit in bedroom wasn't working , went to office guy came to room said put ac on high in sitting room it will cool, after z hour it was hot as hell in room , went to office they said thats the only room like that they had , well youll have to give me another room, they gave me a regular room with 2 beds way smaller and he wouldn't reduce rent for smaller room said we have to call expedia so we did expedia tried to get them to lower rate they wouldn't, so expedia gave us a $50 credit for next time , poor service not recommended."
