"Safe and quiet. Very basic rooms that could improve on the cleaning. However, the beds were great. The food at the restaurant was good, but the staff is not very motivated.
With a little more care around the property, this would be a fantastic place. For a quick stop over it is great for the price though! "

"Very nice hotel with extremely helpful staff. I got a bad wound just before checking in, and David helped me get to the pharmacy and even offered to be on the phone with me to translate at the doctor, as I speak very little Spanish. The rest of the staff was very attentive and kind as well. Nice pool and room. Would definitely recommend!!"

"Property is located in the center of the city of Esmeraldas in easy walk to restaurants and other facilities. We had a feel of being in the Caribbean. Our room was pleasant, comfortable and included a sitting area. Breakfast was good and the lady that prepared and served it was quite pleasant. "
